NHA Pharmacy Ltd is an online delivery pharmacy. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated
Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team in Moulton, Northampton.


Position Summary:

As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications to our valued customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the processing and fulfillment of prescription orders for delivery to our customers' doorsteps.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently dispense prescription medications following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Verify the authenticity and validity of prescriptions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Label and package medications for delivery while ensuring proper storage and handling practices.
• Maintain detailed and organised records of prescription orders and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to resolve any potential medicationrelated issues or concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer enquiries and concerns related to medications.
• Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical developments and best practices to enhance service quality.
• Comply with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Ideally be able to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays 95pm.
• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser or similar role in a pharmacy setting.
• Ability to read and write legibly and communicate effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly to changes in procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, prescription medications, and drug interactions.
• Familiarity with online pharmacy systems and digital prescription processing is advantageous but not essential, training will be provided.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Demonstrated dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
