Tasks will include:

Develop and maintain systems/procedures as well as maintain current ones
Maintenance of the site being sympathetic to environmental concerns regarding the school grounds
Safety checks
Site cleanliness
As required, make regular site walks to assess maintenance needs
Prepare and implement risk assessments
Be able to work flexibly
Handyperson duties which may include minor repairs to furniture and fixtures and minor decorating tasks
Be reasonably fit to cope with the lifting and carrying involved
Good staff conduct, professional, and committed

Hours:6am - 9am Monday - Friday, but hours can increase depending on requirements.
