Part of the Churchill Group, Chequers Contract Services is a multi-award-winning service provider predominantly in the housing and grounds sectors.

Our experience providing facilities services includes cleaning, landscaping, and arboriculture, building and electrical works, to many distinguished clients across Greater London and the South of England.


We are searching for an
Administrator to join our Croydon office, providing both clerical and administrative support to the operational team including the coordination and implementation of office procedures.

Are you a strong administrator who can show enthusiasm to learn and progress? Can you multitask in a fast-paced environment?


As an Administrator you'll be:


  • Managing workflow of tasks including raising and closing of jobs, keeping site details up to date, and identify, track and optimize relevant customer KPI's
  • Commercial administration tasks including, issuing quotations, raising purchase orders, invoicing and stock ordering
  • Assist the account managers with recruitment/fleet administrative tasks
  • Administrative support for the management team
  • Production of reporting as required, internal and external (clientfacing).
  • Liaison with clients, residents, and contractors as and when required and ensuring we maintain good client relations.

As an Administrator you'll have:


  • Experienced in providing exceptional customer service and building and maintaining relationships.
  • Strong administration and IT skills
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Demonstrates and able to use own initiative, as well as able to multitask and work in a pressurised environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and methodical approach to work.
  • Takes responsibility for own work, can record information accurately, and pay attention to detail.
  • A solution focused approach to problem solving and ability to manage own workload.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
