An outstanding opportunity for a motivated and quality driven individual to grow in a successful domiciliary care business as a Registered Manager. Experience within a CQC regulated setting is essential along with strong leadership and relationshipbuilding skills, those in a Care or Deputy Manager position and Care Coordinators will be considered for the position

Qualities you'll need:


  • Great with clients by ensuring quality led care provision
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate in a team
  • Exceptional knowledge of CQC Guidelines
  • Previous experience within a domiciliary care / home care environment
  • Quality driven and customer focussed

Required:


  • Must hold or be working towards a Level 5 in Health & Social Care/Leadership & Management Award
  • Ideally have previous care management experience or someone in a senior care coordinator looking for their next step
  • You will have a driving license and your own transport


The salary for this role is dependent on experience; however, they have a reputation of paying over market rate to attract the very best staff.
