Finance Business Partner - Central London - Real Estate - £60,000-£70,000


My Real Estate client based in central London has an immediate need for a Qualified Commercial finance professional to work collaboratively with their internal and external stakeholders in providing financial information and KPI's to help drive businessdecisions and recommend best practice / change.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Business partnering with key stakeholders with key business decisions on areas such as, quoting, pricing, resourcing / operating costs, overhead & profitability, project spend, actuals & forecasts;
  • Provide financial insights into business Drivers in order to deliver and develop the division's strategic objectives & annual budget;
  • Present key metrics and concise management information at various boards and sales heads meetings to draw out key performance indicators, trends and issues based on an indepth understanding of the relevant data.
  • Month end commentary and/or project reporting, providing insights and suggestions for remedial activities;
  • Review and approve balance sheet account reconciliations prepared
  • Challenge reported trends in KPIs with stakeholder groups and implements mid to short term plans to maximise performance and drive improved productivity and value for money;
  • Variance analysis & overall financial modelling to drive business decisions;
  • Challenge unusual P&L movements, forecasts and fluctuations to ensure forecast and actual financial performance is robust;
  • Accountable for the financial analysis of key business drivers using a standard suite of reporting tools via the Finance Hub and data from other internal and external sources;
  • Assist business operations to manage Financial Governance and Risks and Controls as outlined by Group Policies and financial reporting standards;
