Epr Change and Quality Improvement Facilitator - Keighley, United Kingdom - Airedale NHS Foundation Trust
Description
We are seeking to appoint a number of EPR Change and Quality Improvement Facilitator roles.
Change and Quality Improvement Facilitators will work alongside Change and Quality Improvement Managers to support wards, departments and business units in exploring and realising opportunities for service and quality improvements that arise as a result of the introduction of EPR.
These are important roles within the EPR team and will provide an opportunity to use your skills within a close knit and dynamic team.
Clinical, operational or administrative experience in an NHS setting would be advantageous, however we are keen to hear from anyone with a passion for improving care and working with teams.
As part of the Trust's commitment to flexible working there will be some opportunity to work from home and in the office on a rota basis.
We want to attract staff who embrace our values of compassion, a commitment to quality of care and working together for patients: we want to make these part of our DNA.
