Assistant Planner - Devon

An opportunity has arisen for an assistant planner to join a regional contractor to work alongside an experienced team on a permanent basis.

This contractor specialise in new build and refurbishment commercial schemes within Defence, Leisure, Retail, Educationand Healthcare.

You will be responsible to provide planning support to both the pre-contract and delivery teams in accordance with company policy, procedures and quality standards and will take on shared responsibility for programme related contract administration.

You will also support with preconstruction/tender programmes, method statements and liaising with the design team.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have an operational background and have the understanding of building specifications.

As the assistant planner, you will have relevant experience which will include up to date software.
Ideally you will have a construction related qualification and must be able to drive.
