Sociable Hours (shifts are normally between 8am and 5:30pm)

Business mileage covered in line with Broadacres policy between sites

We now have opportunities for Mobile Catering Staff (with and without experience) to join us on a casual / Zero Hour Contract basis.

If you are at university or college, already have a part-time job, are semi-retired or simply have other commitments, then we can offer a great opportunity to join our fantastic kitchen team

The roles

We are looking for:

Catering Assistant - £21,029.27 FTE per annum (£10.90 per hour)

Chef Supervisor - £23,236.92 FTE per annum (£12.04 per hour)

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for both positions.

Catering Assistant

You will deliver front and back of house services within the extra care scheme, assisting with the preparation of food and plating of meals along with ensuring that meals run smoothly, providing a hosting service before and after meals.

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in the catering / hospitality industry We are looking for customer focussed individuals with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

A Level 1 NVQ in catering, or equivalent would be beneficial or the willingness to work towards one.

Chef Supervisor

You will lead and motivate the onsite catering team to deliver the catering and hospitality service at our extra care schemes ensuring we deliver an efficient and cohesive catering and hospitality service across the Broadacres group.

With relevant Professional Cookery and Food Hygiene qualifications (or willing to work towards) you will have previous experience of working within the catering industry and supervising a frontline team.
