About us:

Dyson is growing fast and our ambition is huge - more categories, more locations and more people. Our technology is unique and complex, so it's up to us to explain it clearly. Working in-house, directly with engineers and the broader business, we create inspirational communications that showcase our technology.

Our Studio Team is growing and is responsible for quality and delivery across a range of channels, online and offline, incorporating more channels and expanding its remit.

We're committed to our campus culture and want to have people collaborating, developing, and learning from each other, five days a week.

By having everyone on campus together, we have been able to nurture a fantastic social and dynamic environment.

About the role:

As our Studio Producer for Retail, you will find yourself working hand in hand with both the Global Retail Team and the Studio Team, overseeing the day-to-day management of creative resources, asset management, and overall project planning within your channels.

You will expertly navigate assets through the creative phases and seamlessly guide them into the Studio Team for delivery, collaborating closely with Studio Producers to proactively address delays and meet deadlines.

With a focus on continuous improvement, you will closely collaborate with the Global Retail Team to enhance processes, eliminate waste, and boost productivity.

Your autonomy will empower you to make impactful changes that drive real results.

Reporting directly to the Head of Studio, you will foster a collaborative environment, working alongside other talented Studio Producers and our exceptional Onsite team from a third-party agency.

You will skillfully manage day-to-day creative resourcing, ensuring the right talent is in place for each project. Meticulously handling Asset Lists and Statements of Work, you will maintain organised and efficient workflows. By thoroughly interrogating briefs from the wider business, you will effectively guide them through the creative journey.

Your keen eye for detail will shine as you coordinate comprehensive quality checks for all assets, ensuring their readiness for approvals, return to the brief owner, or timely delivery.

As the master of the creative review process, you will orchestrate a seamless flow of feedback and revisions.

You will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of completed assets, ensuring they are delivered on time and with the utmost quality.

Through clear and regular communication, you will keep project stakeholders and senior team members informed about project risks, status updates, and manage their expectations effectively.

Your collaborative spirit will be essential as you partner with Retail Project Managers and Studio Producers to optimise process workflows and maximize efficiency.

Together, you will create a streamlined and agile environment that fuels creativity and drives success.

Get ready to engage with an impressive array of stakeholders.

From collaborating with Studio Producer (Offline) to working closely with the Head of Studio, Studio Creative Artworkers, Retail Creatives, Retail Project Managers, Commercial Programme/Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Copy team, IP specialists, Claims experts, Legal advisors, and Communications professionals, your ability to build strong relationships and foster effective collaboration will be key to your success.
