Responsibilities
- Record and distribute communications (meeting minutes)
- Responsible for Document control and upload to Software platform
- Configuration and set up of company platform.
- Update and manage Wrike tasks and reports.
- Create and distribute reports for clients.
Requirements:
- Experience as a coordinator, assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Location:
Sevenoaks - Office Based, Monday to Friday
Salary
£24,000 - £26,000 DOE Per Annum
Pay:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- Operations: 1 year (required)
