Developing software to increase productivity across the design and construction of global real estate.


Responsibilities

  • Record and distribute communications (meeting minutes)
  • Responsible for Document control and upload to Software platform
  • Configuration and set up of company platform.
  • Update and manage Wrike tasks and reports.
  • Create and distribute reports for clients.

Requirements:


  • Experience as a coordinator, assistant or in another relevant administrative role
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Location:

Sevenoaks - Office Based, Monday to Friday


Salary
£24,000 - £26,000 DOE Per Annum


Pay:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
  • Operations: 1 year (required)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
