Description

This is a Part Time permanent role offering flexible/hybrid working, 3 to 4 days a week
(around 28 hours)

  • Working with the HRD, the L&D Manager will develop a learning & development strategy aligned to the business plan and values. conducting needs assessments and determining employee strengths.
  • The role is will include personal skills and behaviour development, supporting and managing progress with professional qualifications and defining qualification routes.
  • The business has established Best Practice Performance Standards Framework, Performance Review system and career development paths so this role will continue to implement and improve where required.
  • There is a strong commitment towards Learning and Development and a healthy budget.
  • At least 5 years experiencing working within L&D/Training/HR ideally in the professional services sector
  • Team working and collaboration
  • Ability to assimilate information and assess needs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of delivering training, coaching and mentoring programmes
  • Experience of different learning methods and technologies
  • Wide network of L&D contacts and suppliers
  • Prepared to roll sleeves up and get involved at all levels of the role.
