This is a Part Time permanent role offering flexible/hybrid working, 3 to 4 days a week
(around 28 hours)
- Working with the HRD, the L&D Manager will develop a learning & development strategy aligned to the business plan and values. conducting needs assessments and determining employee strengths.
- The role is will include personal skills and behaviour development, supporting and managing progress with professional qualifications and defining qualification routes.
- The business has established Best Practice Performance Standards Framework, Performance Review system and career development paths so this role will continue to implement and improve where required.
- There is a strong commitment towards Learning and Development and a healthy budget.
- At least 5 years experiencing working within L&D/Training/HR ideally in the professional services sector
- Team working and collaboration
- Ability to assimilate information and assess needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience of delivering training, coaching and mentoring programmes
- Experience of different learning methods and technologies
- Wide network of L&D contacts and suppliers
- Prepared to roll sleeves up and get involved at all levels of the role.
