This new role will be an opportunity for you to play a central role in supporting the design of interventions to measure student success and for leading the evaluation of the impact of Birkbeck's Student Engagement and Success Programme which will launch in the academic year.

You will undertake a lead role in developing an evaluation framework for assessing the impact of interventions on students' engagement, completion, continuation and attainment.

Your work will inform the development of the College's student engagement tracking system and our approach to learner analytics.


Remuneration
Grade 7 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £42,365 rising to £48,424 per annum. pro rata for a 0.5FTE contract (17.5 hours per week)


The salary quoted will be pro-rata for this part time post and is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
