A well-established print company are looking for an experienced Pre-Press Artworker to join a growing team based in the leicester area.

Our client's focus is quality and making sure it is implemented in every part of the design process. They thrive on creating bespoke solutions for their clients.

They have worked with massive clients around the UK/Europe and are now They are now lookingfor an experienced Pre-Press Artworker to join the business.

The perfect Pre-Press Artworker will have experience in:

Laying artwork to cutter file templates using Adobe Illustrator ensuring all artwork elements fit and match the approved visuals.
Producing 3D renders of display units to ensure all artwork appears correctly (training will be provided for this)
Carrying out prepress QC checks including converting spot colours to CMYK, checking image resolutions and spell checks.
Liaising with account and project managers to ensure briefs and instructions are correctly followed.
Supporting the wider studio team with artwork requests and amends.
Printing proofs and prototypes using an Epson wide format printer (training provided).

Skills:

Adobe Creative Suite/Adobe CC software with Illustrator
Adobe Cloud software (particularly Illustrator)
InDesign
Photoshop.

Your day-to-day duties as a Pre-Press Artworker will be working on new jobs that come. Working to tight deadlines, getting each project over the line to the client's perfect standard. If this role sounds perfect to you, please get in touch
