Site Supervisor for a key contractor working on the
Scottish Water framework

Central Belt Scotland

Salary:
Up to £40K + Car + Benefits

What you'll be doing;
As a talented manager who thrives on change and challenge across (1) Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Fleet (2) Operational delivery and (3) Customer Experience, here are some of the activities you could be involved in:

Leading and inspiring your operational teams to deliver safely
Ensuring your teams have the appropriate training to be competent and compliant
Approving and reviewing contractor method statements and risk assessments
Undertaking regular safety audits / audits of work activity; identifying safety hazards and ensuring controls are implemented
