Day to day, this role will include tasks such as, data collation, detailed review of documentation, content redaction, compliance checking, the recording of statistics related to the process and some query resolution.
The accurate and compliant provision of data in response to requests, is paramount, so a keen eye for detail and high levels of focus and accuracy are key for this role.
This role offers flexible working patterns working 7.5 hours per day and will be office based in our Newport Centre of Excellence.
What you'll be doing:
- Read, comprehend and redact where needed large volumes of written information
- Learn the procedures and understand parameters of producing a compliant output
- Process work to the defined level of quality
- Resolve queries and raise if required
- Schedule and prioritise allocated work daily
- Identify and suggest areas of improvement in line with SSCL's continuous improvement
- Maintain and update information as required
- Support line management on any extra administration when required
- Liaise with internal/external clients
- Maintain records for audit purposes and make sure key dates are met

It would be great if you had:
- Experience of using Adobe Pro
- Previous data protection knowledge
