Description

Food Production Machine Operatives required for fulltime permanent work in Stalbridge. Day and night shifts available.

Days £11.00 Ordinarily 06.00am - 2.00pm but covers all day shifts between


Backs £11.50 Ordinarily 2.00pm pm but covers all PM shifts &


Nights £13.00 Ordinarily 10.00pm am but covers all night shifts between


Job Purpose; To carry out all operational duties relating to assigned production area and to ensure quality of outgoing product.

Duties include:


  • Operate mechanical packing machinery on a rotation system (Flow Wraps, Case Erectors, Carton Erectors)
  • Clean and check all machinery
  • Checking codes and completion of daily production documentation
  • Recording the line information on record sheets to reflect line performance
  • Understand KPI's and run line to meet targets
  • Produce Quality meet PQE quality standards
  • Produce Output meet production targets
  • Waste meet standards
  • Support the development of a culture which will encourage growth and change within the factory
  • Must be prepared to gain food hygiene level 2 qualification which will be delivered inhouse

Job Types:

Salary:
£10.50-£13.00 per hour
