As Training and Development Lead, you will be working closely with the CEO, the Head of Operations, and our Board, to develop this as an opportunity area for us.
Because the education, development, and research arm of the organisation is new, you will be responsiblefor finding and exploring new ways to develop the healthcare workforce in the Tees Valley, and potentially beyond.
We are open to both full and part time applicants for this role.You will have oversight of our City and Guild certified apprenticeship delivery hub, our fellowship programmes, our research projects, and any other related contracts.
You will help to shape these services, guide our staff, and develop this arm of the business.You will also develop a strategy for our core staff, by understanding their career ambitions and any skill gaps and development areas, and helping source the right training to support individuals, departments, and ultimately the organisation, to consistentlydevelop their competencies.
