Work from home high commission sales role, build your own team
We are expanding our commercial property division and are seeking experienced, self-motivated sales professionals to join our remote team. This role focuses on the introduction and placement of UK-based commercial property opportunities, working with qualified investors and business clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial engagement through to completion, including client qualification, presenting opportunities, handling objections, and coordinating with solicitors and internal teams. Full product training, compliance guidance, and structured support are provided; however, this position is best suited to individuals with prior experience in property sales, investment sales, or high-ticket closing.
The role operates on a performance-based commission structure, offering significant earning potential for those capable of generating and converting quality business. High performers may also have the opportunity to build and oversee their own remote team, creating an additional revenue stream based on team production.
This is a remote, flexible position designed for professionals who are commercially minded, confident speaking with investors, and motivated by uncapped earning potential within a structured, professional environment.

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market research and client engagement techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and French
- Self-motivation, time management, and the ability to meet sales targets
- Familiarity with the property development or real estate industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
