Newcastle Under Lyme

**Working Hours: Monday

Sunday between 7am and 2am (shift pattern, 37.5hrs)**

We are looking for a strong customer service advisor to join a growing and successful company based in Newcastle Under Lyme

Role:

Handling a variation of customer enquiries, from payment, verification and general account queries.
- you will be the first point of contact for all customers (new and existing).

Salary:
£22,770.00-£24,000.00 per year
