The Company

Great opportunity for a Revit MEP Coordinator to join a friendly, growing company who specialise in mechanical building services and indoor air quality.

Due to an increasing workload the are looking for Revit MEP Coordinator to join their expert team working on Office; Commercial, Education, Healthcare & Care Homes, Hospitality, Retail and Residential projects.

The Role

Monitor, maintain and report, timescales and Revit MEP design
Ensure technical or business related issues are communicated to relevant people
Support the engineering and management team by providing accurate design information
Ensure schedules are communicated to the team and deadlines are met
Responsible for managing a busy drawing office
Work alongside a team of CAD/Revit Technician, creation of 2D CAD general assemblies within Revit.
Leading and Managing a team of MEP CAD/Revit Technician

and to produce design coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit.

Manage and administer the creation, change M & E drawings
Support BIM manager in the modelling of MEP services within Revit environment

Qualifications & Experience

Indepth knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks with experience of creating search sets, running clash detection and producing clash reports.
Experience in working with CAD Packages i.e. AutoCAD
Be able to model and coordinate MEP services within BIM
