As a Base Controller, you'll be at the front line of our business responsible for handling all customer bookings and dispatching of jobs to our drivers.

If you are passionate about customer service and delivering an exceptional customer experience this is the role for you.


What do I need?

To be a success, you'll need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated and above all, you'll be happy to pitch in and help others.

Essential Requirements:

Due to the nature of the work, you will also need a good command of the English Language be computer literate with good keyboard skills.

Previous Controller experience is essential but on the job training provided.

CORDIC software experience would be an advantage

Right to work in the UK.

Live within an acceptable commute from the office.

This role is office based and on site.
