A London-Based firm of Independent Chartered Surveyors are looking to expand their vibrant & fast-paced team by recruiting an
AssocRICS or MRICS qualified Surveyor.

This newly established division work across South East & Greater London, working on valuations for a variety of purposes, but a bulk of the work being loan security valuations.

This role will involve the undertaking of valuations across a broad range of asset classes and the preparation of reports for a variety of clients, working closely alongside senior members of the team.

With a strong base of repeat business, this firm conduct weekly networking events for clients that you will be attending.

This would suit an individual who has achieved RICS Registered Valuer status and ideally MRICS or AssocRICS, with previous experience in the complete valuation process.

You will need to hold a valid driving licence due to the nature of the role.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary depending on experience with company benefits such as an office gym, pool cars and company days.

Salary:
£40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
