Our two-year Apprenticeship programme in roles across our
Reinsurance and Insurance business is an exciting alternative for those who don't wish to go to university.

We aim to provide you with an insight into how our global business operates, by providing you with a series of rotations where you can get hands on experience working as part of our teams.


What to expect:


  • Your programme will consist of job rotations in different departments such as Underwriting, Portfolio Management, Claims and Digital Transformation, in order to give you a strong understanding of our business.
  • Alongside working, we also provide an inhouse development programme, helping you to identify and develop your strengths, supported through mentoring, development workshops, and networking opportunities.
  • You can also expect to work to the Level 3 Insurance Professional apprenticeship standard, an important step on the road to completing the CII diploma qualification.

What you need:


  • A Levels or equivalent (Grade C or above) and GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 or above) required
  • Fluency in English

  • Permanent residency for your chosen location
