We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Administrator to join our vibrant team based in Knowle, Solihull on a
9 month fixed term contract.


Responsibilities of a Business Administrator (Fixed Term)

  • To support the directors in the smooth running of the office and the company
  • To manage daily administration responsibilities using The Key, Zoho and any other relevant software
  • To administer the retirement service, including recruitment and onboarding of new introducers
  • To distribute leads efficiently and swiftly
  • To maintain regular contact and relationships with brokers & management
  • To deal efficiently, competently, and professionally with brokers onboarding and then any further support
  • To provide Management Information to Directors and any ad hoc requests

Requirements of a Business Administrator (Fixed Term)

  • 2 years previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Good team player, but with the ability to work under own initiative
  • The ability to analyse information with a view to making informed decision
  • Competent on Microsoft office suite i.e Word
  • Aptitude to learn new skills

Salary of a Business Administrator (Fixed Term)
£22,000 - £25,500 dependant on experience for our higher salary banding you must possess all the required qualifications/experience as stated above


Working pattern of a Business Administrator (Fixed Term)
Monday - Friday

9am - 5pm

Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 9 months


Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
