Description
Our client is looking for an Internal Communications Manager for an initial 3 Month FTC.Working 2 days a week in the office, the rest from home, you will be responsible for acting as a consultant to the wider business as it builds out it's Internal Commsfunction.
As the Internal Communications Manager you will lead and support internal communications across the organisation, working closely with the executive team and global stakeholders to plan and execute an internal communication strategy to drive employeeengagement.
Other key accountabilities will include:
Development of an effective internal communications strategy for the business ensuring positive employee engagement for employees across 5 locations in the UK and US
Partner with IT, Marketing & Communications and People Operations teams to deliver a new intranet site and ensure that the content is refreshed and up-to-date
Take the lead in completing regular employee surveys to judge the "cultural temperature" and how engaged employees are with the business.
Act on the survey findings, in conjunction with the People Ops team, to drive improved employee engagement.Conceptualise and develop new and innovative methods of communicating across the company to drive up employee engagement and understanding.
Support drafting of engaging content for management communications, news and company information to ensure consistent messaging.
