Sales Administrator
Salary:
£24-28,000
Location:
Aylesford
Please note the role would require one Saturday shift every other week
Key Duties:
- Receiving inbound calls
- Processing orders
- Updating customers on their orders and answering/resolving any queries
- General administration tasks + excellent customer service
Skills needed:
- Good customer service skills
- Confident using computer programmes (Excel + Outlook primarily)
- Able to prioritise tasks
- Able to resolve queries effectively
