Job Title:
Sales Administrator


Salary:
£24-28,000


Location:
Aylesford

Please note the role would require one Saturday shift every other week


Key Duties:

  • Receiving inbound calls
  • Processing orders
  • Updating customers on their orders and answering/resolving any queries
  • General administration tasks + excellent customer service

Skills needed:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Confident using computer programmes (Excel + Outlook primarily)
  • Able to prioritise tasks
  • Able to resolve queries effectively
