Yours Clothing continues to expand and become the number one plus size fashion womenswear retailer in the UK whilst continuing to develop into new and exciting niche markets both in the UK and internationally.


SCOPE OF ROLE:


We sell our brands on the biggest UK websites including Next, Very & Debenhams, alongside international websites Zalando and La Redoute.

This role is all about maximising the sales across these platforms.

You will need excellent attention to detail and a tenacity to keep driving sales through continuous stock and sales performance analysis.

An aptitude for writing and grammar will also be required alongside excellent numeracy skills. You must be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.

An interest in fashion alongside previous experience of working in an online sales focussed role would be beneficial but is not essential.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Product Admin:


  • Create weekly picks from new stock to ensure online marketplaces hold a healthy stock position to generate sales
  • Analyse weekly sales, stock and cover at article level and replenish stock to avoid loss of sales
  • Manage stock availability across marketplaces and any ad hoc tasks required
  • Efficiently load products to each marketplace and meeting product deadlines.
  • Ensuring all product information is up to date including price and key product details in line with each marketplaces requirements
  • Ensure all products are attributed with key item specifics to optimise product search visibility.
  • Ensure all up to date imagery is assigned to all products.
  • Ensure correct category and subcategory classification is selected to improve relevancy of customer reach.
  • Meticulously check products are live on all available markets, maintaining product parity reporting and resolve nonlive items immediately.
  • Research competitor activity to make sure we are producing best in class optimised data enrichment.
  • Weekly production of performance reporting and analysis
  • Raise any marketplace issues and suggest changes to ways of working to improve efficiency.
  • Support all marketplace activities and new initiatives to optimise content and increase brand visibility and sales performance.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • A-Level or equivalent qualification
  • Understanding of online marketplaces or website trading activities
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required
