Role Overview:

As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide essential support and assistance in the classroom.

Your role will involve helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment, supporting individual students, and contributing to their overall development.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience within a school setting and make a difference in the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver tailored support to students, both individually and in small groups.

Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and conducive learning atmosphere.

Support students with their learning activities, providing guidance and encouragement.

Help to prepare teaching resources and materials.

Observe and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.

Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for education and a desire to contribute to the growth and development of students.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with students and create a supportive learning environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in different classroom settings.

Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
