About Our Client:

Based in Rochdale this client is a not-for-profit housing association. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Complaint Handler to join on a 12 week basis.

As a Temporary Customer Complaint Handler you will:

  • Handle customer complaints via multi-channel
  • Collecting information for the complaint handler
  • Updating information on CRM system
  • Providing aftercare to customer once compliant has been resolved

The Successful Applicant:


To be successful in this role:

  • Are immediately available
  • Experience within customer service
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Proficient with MS packages, i.e. Excel
