About Our Client:
Based in Rochdale this client is a not-for-profit housing association. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Complaint Handler to join on a 12 week basis.
As a Temporary Customer Complaint Handler you will:
- Handle customer complaints via multi-channel
- Collecting information for the complaint handler
- Updating information on CRM system
- Providing aftercare to customer once compliant has been resolved
The Successful Applicant:
To be successful in this role:
- Are immediately available
- Experience within customer service
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Proficient with MS packages, i.e. Excel
