The Youth Worker (Sports) post is an exciting new role aimed at improving the learner experience and enrichment opportunities with sport at the heart.


You will also be a member of the college Safeguarding team which will include supporting a caseload of potentially vulnerable students, assessing risk and taking appropriate timely action.

You will consult with the DSL where necessary to Safeguard students in line with policies and procedures.


An excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships and have a strong desire to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team.

Experience of working with 16-18's providing sports activities is essential.
