Skills and qualifications:

Maintenance or relevant construction experience required
Teamworking skills to liaise and work cooperatively with individuals at all levels
Excellent diagnostic and problemsolving skills
Ability to work under pressure
Flexibility
Basic computer skills ( Word, Excel)

Roles and responsibilities:

Completing small repairs on various office furniture
Maintaining door sets for e.g. Repairing door ironmongery and adjusting door alignment
Painting and decorating
Inspecting and troubleshooting problems and issues reported by clients or colleagues
Maintaining tools and equipment required to perform the role effectively
Events set ups which include lay out of furniture and installation of branding
Work directly with the events and FM team supporting with hospitality where needed
Following a maintenance schedule to ensure that all routine tasks are complete
Daily inspections of the estate
Furniture moves
