HG Group is looking for a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our fast-growing Healthcare Recruitment Agency.


As an
RMN, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care and treatment of individuals with mental health disorders.

You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, promote recovery, and support service users on their journey towards mental wellness.


QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of evidencebased nursing practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patientcentred care.
  • Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to undergo a DBS check.
  • Completion of mandatory training relevant to the role (e.g. BLS, Manual Handling, Infection Control, Health and Safety, Safeguarding Adults and Children, and etc).

Salary:
£22.00-£30.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability
