Description

Our client, the country's leading Fleet Management business are currently looking for an
Accounts
Payable
Assistant on a full time permanent contract, you will be reporting in to the
Group
Accounts
Payable
Manager on a day to day basis.

This position requires previous experience as an
Accounts
Payable
Assistant.

What you'll do

Accurate entry of all supplier invoices within a timely manner.
Ensuring all invoices match to purchases orders and Goods/Services receipts notes.
Resolving noncomplex queries with all suppliers
Reconciliation of noncomplex supplier accounts
Efficient when working in a high pressured and busy environment

What you've got

Experience working in a high volume
Assistant
Payable
Assistant position
Confident with written and verbal communication from an internal and external perspective
Ability to work under pressure
Strong IT Skills
