Planning and Highways Lawyer


Venn Group's specialist Legal team are currently working with a Local Authority based in Berkshire, who are known for their excellent team culture, to recruit for a Planning and Highways Lawyer.

**Role details: - Full time

  • 3 months contract (ongoing)
  • Hybrid working
**Responsibilities of Planning and Highways Lawyer: - Give advice to officers, Senior Managers or Members of the Council on planning matters,

  • Manage demands and deliver a caseload of matters,
  • Proactively report to clients and management on the progress of work,
  • Undertake advocacy in any Court or Tribunal,
  • Offer support and guidance to less experienced members of the team
**Essential: - Must be a qualified Lawyer or Solicitor

  • Must have local government experience
  • Must have Planning and Highways experience
