Executive Assistant
£35,000 + £38,000 + Benefits
Bristol / Hybrid - 2 days per week at Head Office with additional travel as required

The Job:
This is an exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer, enabling him to deliver against business strategy.
Day to day activities:
- Support the CEO in the full range of business support functions
- Managing and gatekeeping CEO's diary using Outlook
- Supporting CFO
- Logistics management for internal and external meetings / events where required coordinating key projects
- Provide support and coordination for Board and Senior Leadership Team meetings, ensuring supporting materials are distributed on time, coordinating attendee invitations, organising room/virtual bookings, catering, preparing meeting papers / Board packs, taking minutes, recording, circulating and updating actions, creating agendas, reports, and presentations
- Help set agendas for meetings, in addition to all travel plans
- General administration tasks
- Ad hoc support for Senior Leadership Team when required
- Management of the office when the Office Manager is on leave
The Person:
Someone who is strong at data processing (comfortable reading data as well uploading it/ sharing it) - therefore probably someone who has been an EA for a Finance Director/ CFO
Ideally experienced working in a PE/ VC backed business and has been present during a sale process
