Soft Service Regional Operations Manager - South East Region
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Soft Service Operational Manager to join our team covering the South East Region.

• Salary: £40k
• Company Car or Car allowance
• Contracted hours: 40 hours per week Monday
• Friday

What's involved?:

• Managing the delivery of all elements of the contracted services within the given portfolio to meet our contractual obligations
• To evaluate the working practices so we drive improvements, working in partnership with all members of the Operational Senior Team
• Effective communication so we build relationships at all levels
• Manage Service Level Agreements and KPI's for your portfolio
• Getting involved with any mobilisation of new contracts within the Region
• Ensure uniforms, materials, consumables are sufficient at all times
• Budget controls.
• Making sure our service delivery under the given portfolio meets and exceeds expectation in all aspects simple

**What we are looking for?:
- *

• Previous Operations/Multi-Site Contract Management which is essential for this role
• Previous experience with cleaning AND preferably security contract running
• Fully flexible and able to travel meet business requirements the role does involve travel to sites
• But it's a flexible diary
• A problem solver
• A great communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels verbally and PC literate
• You know what good looks like and have a high expectation of customer service
• Can work to deadlines
• Current UK Driving license
