Description
Our client is a fast-paced tech startup looking for an office manager in their Notting Hill Gate offices. This person will provide integral support to the two offices, one of which is a shared office space.Responsibilities:
- Acting as the face and voice of the company's office
- Meeting and greeting clients and guests
- General administrative duties such as copying, filing, faxing
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, building services, and service providers
- Ordering, stocking, and reviewing supply closet
- Providing general administrative support
- Making sure all office spaces (over 2 floors) are generally tidy
- Liaising with the night cleaner on responsibilities and cleaning supplies
- Running errands (to the post office, etc)
- 2+ years OM experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Solid team player and "no task too small" mentality
- Strong work ethic and desire to excel in a dynamic work environment
