This company are an independent digital transformation consultancy with clients in the public and private sectors.

They focus on understanding their client's business and work with them to deliver change that makes them more effective, ranging from advisingon technology strategy and conducting digital discoveries to full development lifecycle services and in-live support.

This is a new graduate role which will sit in their new Service Centre team, with the unique opportunity to contribute to the shaping and growth of your role, as well as the development of the Service Centre process and team itself.


You are:
You should have some academic or commercial programming experience, a strong academic background and a genuine interest in technology.

You will be interested and prepared to learn and undertake a variety of technology roles across the software development lifecycle,including Software engineering, Business Analysis, UX, Design, Quality Assurance and Delivery Management.

This role will require the ability to switch between technologies and environments and roles, in order to become a well-rounded, multi-skilled consultant.

We are looking for highly motivated self-starters with great interpersonal and communication skills, who are logical, critical thinkers and enjoy tackling different problems in a structured way.


Specialist skills required:

  • Hold a scientific or technical degree, or a relevant professional qualification, or equivalent experience
  • Have some experience in software engineering using mainstream languages such as Python, Java or.
Net (with related technologies)

  • Show aptitude and an interest to get involved in a variety of problem solving activities as well as technologies covering varying roles within the technology 'family' and always display a willingness to continually learn
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken word with an ability to successfully engage with team members and clients
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies would be helpful
  • Other, broader business experience would be helpful
  • Other science/technology experience would be helpful
