Salary:
£24,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)

CLTI maintains relationships with some of the world's largest financial and legal institutions, regulatory bodies and government departments.


Main Purpose of the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services and Admissions Officer to join our Customer Services and Admissions team.

You will support the Marketing and Commercial Services function in servicing our clients and ensuring they are able to successfully join one of our education pathways and have an excellent experience throughout their study journey.


As our Customer Services and Admissions Officer, you will be Responsible for:

  • Through active listening and questioning, clarify appropriateness and eligibility of applicants for admission based on our qualification criteria and career goal compatibility, offering appropriate alternatives.
  • Engaging with customers, sharing relevant programme information, and developing clear customer insights through our KYS procedures.
  • Responsible for followup activity with prospective students ensuring they have the relevant information and support to complete the admissions process successfully.
  • Arranging student access to all study material, including the communication and support of delivery.
  • Reviewing and distributing all enrolment invoices and coordinate payment of study with both individuals and employers.
  • Supporting the Customer Services and Admissions Manager in measuring the volume and performance of all activity.

In order to be successful within this role you should have:

  • Sales and customer service, or professional education/membership background preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with our students and client base to take them through the admissions and purchase process.
  • Ability to understand education frameworks and partnerships and how the value proposition, benefits and features can best be articulated.
  • You will be target orientated, selfmotivated, and a committed team player.
  • Desire to learn about our business, industry, and customers.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to utilise creative problemsolving skills to overcome any obstacles while guiding potential students through our course enrolment process.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as this is an international business.
  • Sound education background.
  • Excellent IT skills, including intermediate level Word, Microsoft Mail, Excel and PowerPoint.
