Air Charter Service are the number one aviation broker who now employ over 600 people across the globe and provider brokering services to our Cargo, Commercial and Private Jet customers.


Job Description:


Our business model success is very much down to attracting the best talents globally and then teaching them everything they need to know about being an aviation broker.

This role is integral in ensuring our new brokers receive the right training at the right time.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Schedule monthly trainee training and adhoc training as required
  • Coordinate with PA's to book internal trainers
  • Book and organise training rooms and materials
  • Book external trainers
  • Coordinate and manage accommodation and travel for our overseas trainees
  • Manage the delegates in our internal LMS and upload courses as required

Qualifications:


  • Preferred experience in scheduling training
  • Proven track record of being highly organised
  • Ability to multi task and juggle multiple priorities
  • Outstanding customer services skills
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
