About Our Client:


  • Coordinating the team's administrative activities.
  • Assisting in managing customer queries and issues.
  • Supporting sales team in achieving targets.
  • Organising and maintaining customer records.
  • Assisting in the production of sales reports.
  • Managing stock control and inventory.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and retail regulations.
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategies and goals.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Sales Administrator should have:

  • A strong educational background, preferably in Business or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Experience in a retail environment would be advantageous.
  • Keeping a good track record of all changes related to orders; delays, shortages, customer delay approvals
  • Liaise with Forwarders and customers to achieve the best inhouse date
