About Our Client:
- Coordinating the team's administrative activities.
- Assisting in managing customer queries and issues.
- Supporting sales team in achieving targets.
- Organising and maintaining customer records.
- Assisting in the production of sales reports.
- Managing stock control and inventory.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and retail regulations.
- Contributing to the development of sales strategies and goals.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
- A strong educational background, preferably in Business or a related field.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience in a retail environment would be advantageous.
- Keeping a good track record of all changes related to orders; delays, shortages, customer delay approvals
- Liaise with Forwarders and customers to achieve the best inhouse date
