My client an award-winning people management software company that is growing each year, with newly opened offices in Canada, New Zealand and Australia are looking for a Superstar Social Media Performance Manager.


Playing a key role in sales growth by building a social media following across key channels, helping to establish and build brand awareness in key markets while driving engagement that converts intro website traffic and sales leads.

You will manage the socialmedia channels for the business globally, including Canada, Ireland, UK and Australia and New Zealand. You will help to build both brand awareness and an engaged customer following across all channels globally. You will run both global and country specifictargeted campaigns depending on the priorities and campaigns scheduled.


What we Want?


You are someone with hands-on experience in both Paid & Organic Social and are excited about the opportunity to help accelerate all social media presence in Canada, Australia and New Zealand and UK and Ireland.


You are an expert in paid direct channel ad managers and are aware of the latest trends and products within channels, as well as have experience using advertising tools such as Advertising Studio, Sprinklr, Hootsuite etc.

You have experience in organic followingand engagement strategies, helping build both brand and influencer engagement across a number of different channels.

This is an opportunity to help steer the strategic development of social media as a commercial channel and drive innovation in the addressableadvertising marketplace.


Skills and Experience

  • Facebook Blueprint certified
  • Confident across all social platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin, and Tiktok)
  • Experience in creating and managing ad campaigns within Facebook Business Manager, Tiktok and LinkedIn ads managers
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas and lookups
  • Proficient in working with numbers and ability to analyse raw data
  • Google Data studio
  • Ability to think creatively when it comes to attentiongrabbing ads
  • Highly organised, with great time management, ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Must be able to craft engaging, errorfree copy and convey brand personality through writing.
  • Social media listening & monitoring experience preferred
  • Experience using social media advertising and management platforms i.e. Hootsuite or Sprinklr
  • Selfmotivated and proactive
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Indesign or similar
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team is a must.
  • Enjoys working in a fastpaced team environment
