Description

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Discussing the range of available products and garments with the customer, offering advice on personalisation including embroidered and heat transfer logos.
Promoting additional products across the workwear and safety wear range, as well as footwear and PPE.
Making contact with the accounts on our database to identify new opportunities for our specialists and sales team.
Preparing and supplying quotes to new clients, customers and the sales team
Liaising with suppliers for pricing and stock enquiries to fulfil quote requests
Customer service follow ups ensuring orders have been received

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Previous experience in workwear, uniform, clothing, PPE is preferred but not essential.
Sales background, or strong customer service, account management experience.
Customer focused with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
