G2V Recruitment Group are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join the VIVID Team and support the business in the following areas: contract administration, compliance & onboarding, Contractor care.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Contract Administration

  • Upload signed contracts and other relevant documents on the CRM
  • Process extensions of current contracts
  • Process contract terminations

Compliance & Onboarding

  • Ensure all contractors have received an activation link for the compliance portal Autologyx and are able to log in
  • Collect relevant compliance documents based on the service provider and country of the placement
  • Carry out relevant compliance checks
  • Flag noncompliance issues to the Legal Team
  • Ensure document management of all contractors around compliancybased issues is properly managed
  • Understand Compliance regulation in all the areas that G2V trade

Contractor Care

  • Supporting the team in delivering service calls to all contractors when they start a new assignment
  • Assist with contractors' queries and be a point of contact during their onboarding process
  • Follow up calls to contractors to chase any outstanding compliance documents, ensure they have access to timesheet portal and are able to login
  • Ensure the CRM is kept up to date and accurately reflect the status of each contractor
  • Ensure contractors have received timesheet logins and understand the invoicing process

Qualities/Skills:


  • Effective in both verbal and written communications and able to communicate confidently with contractors, clients, and internal colleagues
  • Enthusiastic, proactive attitude, with a flexible approach and the ability of multitasking
  • Flexibility and the ability to prioritise specific tasks when needed
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Good judgement and decision making

Essential Criteria:


  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role within a Recruitment Business
  • Previous experience in creating contracts and Contractor Care or similar Customer Service role
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Good attention to detail
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

From £24,000.00 per year
