G2V Recruitment Group are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join the VIVID Team and support the business in the following areas: contract administration, compliance & onboarding, Contractor care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contract Administration
- Upload signed contracts and other relevant documents on the CRM
- Process extensions of current contracts
- Process contract terminations
Compliance & Onboarding
- Ensure all contractors have received an activation link for the compliance portal Autologyx and are able to log in
- Collect relevant compliance documents based on the service provider and country of the placement
- Carry out relevant compliance checks
- Flag noncompliance issues to the Legal Team
- Ensure document management of all contractors around compliancybased issues is properly managed
- Understand Compliance regulation in all the areas that G2V trade
Contractor Care
- Supporting the team in delivering service calls to all contractors when they start a new assignment
- Assist with contractors' queries and be a point of contact during their onboarding process
- Follow up calls to contractors to chase any outstanding compliance documents, ensure they have access to timesheet portal and are able to login
- Ensure the CRM is kept up to date and accurately reflect the status of each contractor
- Ensure contractors have received timesheet logins and understand the invoicing process
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Qualities/Skills:
- Effective in both verbal and written communications and able to communicate confidently with contractors, clients, and internal colleagues
- Enthusiastic, proactive attitude, with a flexible approach and the ability of multitasking
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritise specific tasks when needed
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Good judgement and decision making
Essential Criteria:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role within a Recruitment Business
- Previous experience in creating contracts and Contractor Care or similar Customer Service role
- Organisation and time management skills
- Good attention to detail
