Are you experienced working within Hospitality and seeking a new career change?

Looking for structured working hours Monday to Friday, working 1 Saturday per month.

Residential Living Recruitment are recruiting a number of Customer Service based roles within Property. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business within the Residential sector.


Job Location:
Wirral


Portfolio Region:
Greater Liverpool


Hours:
Full time

  • Working 5 days, Monday to Saturday (at least one Saturday per month)

Salary:
up to £26,000 per annum + Benefits

(Please note regular travel is required within your region. A valid driving license is required with access to your own car. Mileage is reimbursed at HMRC approved rates.)


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents
  • Conduct property viewings within your region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents
  • Coordinate community events
  • Escalate community issues to relevant departments
  • Collaborate with the maintenance helpdesk regarding maintenance and repairs
  • Proactively work on your own

Experience and Skills

  • Personality driven to engage with customers and residents
  • Experience working within hospitality / retail / property
  • Experience in customer service in a facetoface environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence & access to own car (required)
