We are an 100 year old industry leading manufacturing company and have a number of roles to include one for a customer service advisor to join the team based at our Dudley offices.

  • Assist with queries both internally and externally for customer orders
  • Take and process orders and liaise with manufacturing
The ideal customer service advisor will have: Previous customer service experience, gained from retail or service / hospitality

  • You will be excellent communication skills to be able to deal with our clients and take orders through to a successful delivery
  • The ability to build longterm relationships with our clients and the team
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work on a number of different tasks and projects simultaneously
