Challenger Bank is looking for an experienced
Software Engineering Managerto join their growing team and spearhead their new platform scale out the project, starting in Q1 2023.


This is a great opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join a scaling company with a strong engineering culture, progress in his career, and face challenges that will certainly keep you on your toes.


What you'll bring
In-depth technical knowledge, coming from a strong Engineering Background (Java).

Even tho you won't be hands-on, you will be actively participating in design system planning, tech discussions and supporting the technical progress of the project at all stages.


Key technologies for the Java Developer role include:

  • Excellent understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservice Architecture (Further stack: Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes, React, ReactNative)
  • Experience linemanaging and leading modern, agile teams
  • Experience designing and building scalable performance systems
