Assembly Specialist - Intermediate Level
Extra Recruitment are recruiting for an Assembly Specialist (Intermediate Level) in the Lisburn area.

Details of an Assembly Specialist

Lisburn

- £11.79ph

7.4hrs per day/37hrs a week.
8:00am 16:00pm

Role of an Assembly Specialist

Manufacture, assemble and perform the basic testing of products.
Perform the packaging and shipping of products.
Read and follow work procedures and shematics and receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Perform manufacturing and assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
Maintain daily production output.
Follow all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.
Participate in quality control inspections.
Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
Assemble fabricated parts at floor stations.
Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.

Knowledge and experience requirements of an Assembly Specialist

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of speciality.

High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent manufacturing experience.
