Bookkeeper for small, modern accountancy practice

Salary £25,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

Office based role in Camberley (no option for WFH or hybrid)


We are working with a lovely Camberley based firm who are expanding their team and wishing to hire either Bookkeeper on a permanent basis.

With an established portfolio of clients and a busy, friendly working environment, this role will suit a fairly experienced individual with a solid background in Accounts, ideally gained within an Accountancy firm.


  • Duties will include all elements of bookkeeping and VAT returns predominantly using Xero and Excel
  • Liaison with clients to gain, check, relay and understand accounting information
  • Credit control
  • Some payroll preparation along with RTI / PAYE returns


The role is office based, so you will need to be local to Camberley with existing Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship is offered with this position).


  • At least 3 years solid bookkeeping experience
  • Knowledge of Xero accounts (although training can be provided)
  • Friendly personality and good communication skills both written and spoken
  • Fluency in English Language
  • Eye for detail and accurate, well organised work style.

£25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
