**The Role - Customer Relationship Management Administrator
- full time based in Whitefield, Manchester.**

The main responsibilities of the role:
This is an admin role focusing on the duties below:

• Experience of working with CRM to ensure effective management of sales pipeline, vTiger knowledge beneficial but not critical.
• Managing sales pipeline from contract, setup, and activation of new partners.
• Management and control over the sales CRM in support of the sales team.
• Support the frontend sales team from an admin level.
• Excellent communication abilities, along with a confident and caring approach to helping others.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and to successfully manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrably strong organizational ability, along with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Outstanding collaborative skills and a desire to work in a teamfocused environment.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills in order to work with a range of endusers within a busy environment.
